TRAINING & EQUIPPING
Our vision is to help people learn to speak well and to "find their voice." Courses are offered on a periodic basis but can also be given on request. These courses are designed to challenge saints into new growth and to sharpen their tools to fulfill their destinies. Each course is flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of your church, group, or organization.
Prophetic Training Workshop
This course specializes in bringing practical teaching with plenty of "hands on" activations. The course can also be tailored to meet the needs and challenges of any group or church. These workshops can range from one to two days depending on the needs and goals.
Workshops can be at a basic level for prophetic newcomers or an advanced course for experienced operators.
A typical workshop is a one-day, hands-on course that is intended to “stir up the gift that is in you” (1 Tim 1:6). Our goal is to allow God to work through you supernaturally and to share His heart to others. You were made to bring good news!
A typical course is 5 hours per day and can be delivered in one or two days.
Preaching, Teaching & Public Speaking
This course features a 10-week intensive with multiple opportunities for each person to preach, teach, or speak in public. After completing the course, each student graduates with a certificate which can also be honored as 2.0 CEU’s depending on the business or organization.
Course Requirements:
- Attend all classes
- Read two textbooks
- Two sermons for preaching
- One session of teaching
- Complete all exercises
- Evaluation and feedback after each speaking encounter
Exhortation & Testimonies Workshop
If you are planning to pick up a microphone and speak to audiences, or if you have been wondering how you could better deliver your testimony or give a stirring exhortation, then this course is for you!
Giving testimonies or exhortations is a common practice in churches, yet very little training is offered to do them well. This is a one-day, 5-hour course that will have classroom teaching and practical, hands-on exercises to strengthen abilities to deliver effective testimonies and exhortations. Plenty of hands-on practice will be provided for each attendee so that each receives maximum opportunity and benefit.
The course covers:
- Developing the sense of how the Holy Spirit is moving during a service or meeting.
- Two simple formulas to remember before getting up to speak.
- Understanding the timing of when to speak.
- How to stay on point during speaking.
- How to read audiences and sense the atmosphere while speaking.
- Working with pastors or service leaders prior to speaking.
- Learning that who you are and what you have is enough!
Students can immediately implement what they have learned. The investment of time and effort will make a difference in delivering a testimony or exhortation when the time comes.
Service Leader Workshop
This is a 5-hour course that covers the ministry of leading a church service or home fellowship.
This course covers:
- The many aspects and details of a leading a service.
- The Holy Spirit anointing for the role of service leader.
- Why training is necessary for this ministry and how to get it.
- Proper attitude and conduct towards services and what they should be about.
- Preparation and prayer. What should happen when you get the assignment. What should be personally handled and what should be assigned to others.
- The importance of understanding the connection between effective presentations and effective leadership.
