About Don & Cathy
At Direct Action Ministries, we are focused on training and equipping the body of Christ.
Don & Cathy's desire is to be Godly influencers to help members of the body of Christ to walk in their purposes and destines.
Together, Don & Cathy are a dynamic ministry team bringing revelation, practical tools and with a powerful anointing to bring change into your life.
Don had a law enforcement career and retired from the King County Sheriff's Office after 28 years of service. He retired with the rank of captain and served in a wide range of units which included roles in teaching, training, and curriculum/program development.
He has a Bachelor of Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He also completed numerous courses throughout his career on leadership, public speaking, training, management, including the School of Police Staff and Command from Northwestern University.
Don is a gifted teacher with years of experience in his former career. He uses systems and methods which are practical and useful for the learner to implement their training immediately.
Through her professional career, Cathy has over 20 years of management experience and 16 years of project management experience. She has worked with business and technical teams from around the world and developed a deep appreciation for other cultures.
In 2013, Cathy became a Healing House Network Minister with Restoring The Foundations and became a certified Trainer in 2020. She also has a Bachelor of Theology and has taken numerous courses in leadership and project management.
